What is my role as Junior Sous Chef ?

The Junior Sous Chef participate in the running of the kitchen before, during and after service. The Junior Sous Chef must be capable of running all sections and train his team to the right standards expected from a 3 Rosette kitchen. We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. we employ Chefs with at least 2 years of kitchen experience who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome.

Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Patrice Schildowski and has a French inspired European style.

The Ground Floor kitchen operates the Parlour Café, Glade Restaurant and Gallery afternoon tea and dinner menu, there are many elements to learn in each room. all menus are available on our website
