The primary role of Development Support will be to build and test decision engines as part of the ADP implementation process. With training, development, and the right aptitude the role may grow, either into a more technical one, with exposure to the ADP software development lifecycle, or alternatively with a greater focus on business analysis as you become more knowledgeable of the domain, and therefore will be tasked with reviewing client requirements and drafting functional specifications.

Essential experience:

· Proficient with MS Excel.

· Advanced computer skills.

Desirable Experience:

Any experience with the following platforms and technologies is beneficial but not a necessity:

• C#

• Microsoft SQL Server

• JSON

• XML

• Postman
