Key responsibilities include:

• Provide pre and post sales technical support to our customers
• Analyse and document business processes
• Design custom DocuWare solutions
• Configure and implement software solutions and workflows
• Training and consultancy
• Use your strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients

Required skills and experience:

• Either a Higher Education qualification in Information Technology / Computer Engineering, or a minimum of 1-year professional experience in IT support, development, or software implementation
• Strong IT skills
• Able to demonstrate excellent problem solving and process analysis ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach to work

Preferred skills and experience:

• Experience/knowledge of C#, .NET, Web technologies (ASP.NET Core, jQuery, HTML5)
• Driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
