Overview
Working for one of the UKs fastest-growing specialists in Cyber Security products and services, the successful candidates will work within the Central Response Team and will be responsible for supporting leading security solutions and services for our clients.
The candidates will need to not only be technically minded but also be adept in documenting their work. The Central Response Team are the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer services and immediate response to ongoing incidents.
Set shift pattern which rotates across a 6-week, 24/7 rota based from the Leeds office (see rota example below)
Salary
The starting salary of £20,000 - £20,319 this is reviewed and managed through a personal development plan and salary increases achieved through meeting KPI milestones:

Key Tasks
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers in a range of Cyber Security solutions
- Work within the Technical Services Team to manage Cyber Security solutions defending customer infrastructure from exploitation and cyber-attacks
- Perform internal operational duties
- Respond to ongoing Cyber Security incidents detected by our monitoring solutions
- Delivering high-quality technical customer services
- Using tools such as Chronicle SOAR/SIEM, Zabbix, Check Point & Palo Alto to assess and advise
- Performing escalation of incidents to relevant teams
- Perform pre-defined handover process to other shifts
Essential Skills/Experience
- No specific experience required but an interest in Cyber Security would be advantageous
- Understanding of networks/networking would be advantageous
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
Person Specification
- The ability to follow pre-documented processes and procedures as requested.
- Any relevant industry experience will be advantageous, but not required.

Across a 6 week period, working a combined total of 7 nights, 7 swing/late shifts, 14 day shifts with 14 rest days.
