Trophystore.co.uk Ltd, the UK's largest online retailer of trophies, medals and awards, is looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales and Data Analyst to join it's busy, expanding business in Tamworth.
As Junior Sales and Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting sales data to support our sales strategy and goals to optimise our ecommerce platform's performance. You'll be identifying trends, analysing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining reports on e-commerce sales performance and customer behaviour
- Analysing sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation of our e-commerce platform
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Working with our web analytics team to develop and maintain analytics tracking and tagging for website traffic
- Developing and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs and progress towards goals
- Assisting in the execution of A/B testing and providing insights to improve conversion rates
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technology developments
- Supporting our team with ad-hoc requests for data and analysis
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in a data analysis role, preferably in sales or marketing
- Analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
