The Junior Sales Analyst is part of the Sales Systems Support Team within our Sales Operations Department. The main purpose on this development role is to support the Sales Analysts by providing insights to key stakeholders within the External Sales Team to help improve our sales performance.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the building & maintaining of key business reports.
- Support the analysis of the home comfort industry, market and business trends, to help the team identify opportunities and effectively communicate these back to the management team
- Help with the review and analysis of industry-specific market surveys to make proposals for strategic product marketing.
- Working cross-functionally within the business to centralise key data & improve reporting processes.
- Help to determine and identify customer segments to support the sales team in targeting specific customer groups.
- Assist with the improvement of systems and processes to enable better customer experiences.
- Help to drive the continuous improvement of data quality.
- Support the implementation of automation and introduction of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Are you qualified to degree level in the areas of Business Management, Finance, Sales or Marketing with a desire to use data to develop insight to help drive the business forward?
Do you have experience with using the Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) platform?
Are you experienced with analytics using such tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc.?
