Job description
- Manage Retail relevant projects across 18 European markets
- Analyse data and insights to support in activities implementation
- Evaluate Key projects successes using multiple data sources
- Develop roadmaps detailing activities of key project milestones
- Coordinate project plans with key partners (Retail Local Subsidiaries PIC’s and wider ETO/EO team members)
- Support in delivering Go To Market activities to execute new product launches with excellence
- Liaise with Retail Group members in HQ and share regular updates on projects
- Gather, analyse and share reference cases with key partners including HQ members
- Effective at interpreting multiple sources of information
- Previous Experience with project management preferred
- Can thrive in a fast paced environment and adaptable to change
- A self starter who works with entrepreneurial spirit to lead projects
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Fabulous interpersonal skills (verbal & written) especially in a highly matrixed organisation
- Effective at influencing others from peers to key stakeholders
- Proficient in Data analysis and storytelling of activities and task
- Highly organised and punctual
- Multitasking capability
- Fast learner, flexibility and the ability to work autonomously when required
- Ambitious and can-do-attitude
