Position Summary
ETO Retail Team focus on offline side of the D2C business. Looking after Retail environment we focus on all projects related to this area. On regular basis we work with 18 EU markets. Our aim is to drive excellence with everything that we do and sharing reference cases to support wider European community with learning from each other experiences. We work very close as a team and share our ideas that helps us to look out for new ways of working and innovate every time we launch new product. As a team we truly appreciate the strengths each of us have and always support each other.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Retail relevant projects across 18 European markets
- Analyse data and insights to support in activities implementation
- Evaluate Key projects successes using multiple data sources
- Develop roadmaps detailing activities of key project milestones
- Coordinate project plans with key partners (Retail Local Subsidiaries PIC’s and wider ETO/EO team members)
- Support in delivering Go To Market activities to execute new product launches with excellence
- Liaise with Retail Group members in HQ and share regular updates on projects
- Gather, analyse and share reference cases with key partners including HQ members
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Effective at interpreting multiple sources of information
- Previous Experience with project management preferred
- Can thrive in a fast paced environment and adaptable to change
- A self starter who works with entrepreneurial spirit to lead projects
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Fabulous interpersonal skills (verbal & written) especially in a highly matrixed organisation
- Effective at influencing others from peers to key stakeholders
- Proficient in Data analysis and storytelling of activities and task
