Your purpose
To provide information from our core People System (Success Factors) to support business processes, projects, and initiatives.
Your role
- Triage and respond to information requests via the People Hub, liaising with stakeholders to ensure the requirements are understood.
- Use the People System (SuccessFactors) to create bespoke datasets/reports and respond to ad-hoc requests in-line with standard operating procedures.
- Create and update regular reports to support business processes in other areas of Specsavers that require workforce information.
- Maintain the report distribution process so the right information is available to the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Undertake data analysis and manipulation in Excel.
