Junior Recruitment Consultant – The Benefits:

- Identify and engage with top talent – building and maintaining both relationships with candidates and clients.
- Conduct business development over the phone and face-to-face.
- Identify, develop and profit from your target market – become an expert within your field and a leading recruiter for your market.
- Prioritizing your time, working long hours to ensure deals are completed and overcoming adverse challenges that arise throughout the process.

Junior Recruitment Consultant – The Requirements:
- Educated and intelligent strong a level (A*-B) or 2:1 and above Degree level
- Sales Experience ideal (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
- Sociable and confident personality
- Money motivated and goal orientated.
