What we are looking for
We want to work with ambitious individuals who want to develop their careers within Executive Search and have an impact on the growth of our business. Prior experience in a sales role would be beneficial but we are keen to speak to anyone who is smart, driven, commercially minded and dedicated to their career.
Responsibilities
● Market mapping and Research, sourcing new candidate profiles and providing high levels of detail on the market both internally and externally.
● Produce and present value-add market intelligence.
● Working closely with consultants to help coordinate recruitment processes.
● Develop understanding of Financial Markets to become a go to expert in the space.

● Excellent academic achievements
● An interest and curiosity about sales process, commercially minded and a desire to leverage a sales skillset
● Strong communicator and relationship-builder
● A genuine interest in Financial Markets and a desire to continuously develop your knowledge.
● A high growth mindset and motivation to work hard.
● Resilient under pressure and ability to work at pace.
● Business fluency in a European language would be highly beneficial but not required.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
