The role involves:
- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.
- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.
- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
