Suited to those who are:
- Currently in any customer service/retail/hospitality role where there is customer interaction (face-to-face or telephone based)
- Sixth-form/College leaver with some office based sales experience
- Estate Agents wanting a higher basic salary and more commission (and no weekend work!)
- In a phone/face-to-face sales position
Some of the key parts of being a Recruiter:
- Building your own network – you’ll become confident with pitching to new clients, generating leads, winning and writing new business
- Finding suitable candidates - your objective is to find the most suitable candidates that match your client's requirements.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process - from facilitating the interview to ensuring the selection process provides our customers with the best possible result
- The majority of your time will be spent speaking to clients and candidates, you'll also get the chance to attend meetings and networking events
Your future with us
We invest heavily into each person we bring into the business and we have the resources to support you in your development up the ranks. Your first promotion will be from a Trainee to a Consultant, this usually happens within your first 12 months. Then the promotions after this point just keep coming. We have two very clear routes of progression here at Explore, and throughout your career with us you’ll be encouraged to hit each milestone to eventually become either a Principal Consultant or a Business Manager.
