Project Manager, Project Co-ordinator, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Milton Keynes, Part Remote
Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator required to work for an exciting business based in Milton Keynes. We need an experienced Project Manager who has solid exposure to Change Management, along with Stakeholder Management. If you have any experience of managing 3rd parties, it would be a bonus.
This role will be part remote / part on-site. You will be in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Work with the business to understand requirements to create functional design documents.
· Capture and translate business requirements into project briefs using predefined IT document templates.
· Support users on change control and system updates.
· Work in collaboration with team members to identify possible approaches to new tasks.
· Analyse systems requirements, including using data modelling techniques.
· Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems.
· Work with the development team to implement, configure and test feasible solutions.
· Document test scenarios and testing schedules for business systems.
· Identify and break down the necessary tasks to test products/services before delivering to user acceptance testing.
· Work closely with the development team and business users to ensure desired output is achieved on all projects.
· Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met on all projects.
· Provide documentation to feed into the IT knowledge academy.
· Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Senior Principal Development Manager, General Manager of IT, or the Director of Corporate Operations.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
· Attention to detail towards fault finding and problem solving.
- Experience with test driven development and agile development methodologies.
- Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
· Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills across all business levels – highly skilled at developing relationships with customers and sub-contractors; persuasive and credible with strong client-facing skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A keen interest and aptitude to learn about business IT, information systems and security is essential.
- Embrace change, with pragmatic change control process.
- Ability to demonstrate consistent achievement in major projects.
- Experience of facilitating solutions with customers/suppliers.
Desirable:
- Experience in writing functional design documents and test scenarios.
- Strong UML and modelling experience.
- Team player, enthusiastic, determined and committed.
- Confident self-starter, capable of innovation and lateral thinking.
· Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative ethos and the ability to interact and influence a diverse range of people.
· Flexible in approach, with the ability to reprioritise when required.

· Demonstrates a can-do attitude, with the desire and capability to take ownership of areas of responsibility.
