We are recruiting for a new Junior Project Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic company. You will play a vital role in helping the Project Management of marine and interior outfit projects from project set up, through to on-site and then project close down.

Your new role
Joining our team as a Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for working with a Project Manager on large scale projects and taking lead on smaller works to carry out and coordinate a large variety of complex tasks to ensure successful project completion. Your daily tasks include:
· Working onsite in various locations globally for approx. 25% of the year.
· Liaising with the Project Manager or client on progress, risks and financial status.
· A clear understanding of the scope of the project
· Work with the relevant stakeholders on the procurement of all materials, labour and logistics.
· Attend and contribute to project meetings from start up to close down.
· help control and monitor project performance according to the project specification, budget and timeline
· Assisting our project managers or taking lead for the team onboard the ships during the refit works.
· Contribute to effective management and promotion of Health and Safety on site.
· ...plus many other project-related tasks that arise, across all areas of the business.

This permanent, full time position will offer the successful Junior Project Manager a competitive basic salary of around £25,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience) and a great range of benefits including pension, working away allowance/pay, and company bonus. As you progress through the business and gain more experience, we will review this every 6-12 months.
