We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our Waste Networks business. Your primary role will be to support the full project life cycle from inception to delivery of a high profile, complex project which is sponsored by our Executive Committee.
You will be looked on to effectively embed any business change and enable people to see the benefits through using our suite of business change tools. You will also support project planning and reporting activities and build strong links with other business teams, ensuring that best practice is developed, shared, implemented and recorded in everything we do.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be directly responsible and accountable for the delivery of assigned initiatives or small projects. This will be through pre-defined project life cycles and in line with Delivery Management Office standards, to ensure key activities are planned and lessons learned captured. You will also build collaborative relationships with other business teams, as this will help you facilitate and manage the successful implementation of projects and deliver for our customers.
You will be in charge of creating business change deliverables that achieve any project’s target, this could be, process mapping, workshop facilitation, change impact assessments, communications and engagement plans, training materials, business readiness and benefit realisation plans. There is so much stuff for you to get stuck into!
We will look to you to ensure that your project and change benefits are correctly identified and monitored, and a framework is in place to help you drive and deliver sustainable change. You will also support critical steps to deliver business change outlined as part of project governance, including key planning, reporting and monitoring activities.
