We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our client's proactive and innovative team.

Purpose of the Role:
  • To provide Project support for the ongoing delivery of Automotive projects.
  • To ensure, that project delivery is at the forefront of your daily activity and that any issues are diagnosed and dealt with in a prompt and accurate manner.


Responsibilities
  • Project administration to support a busy engineering team
  • Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to Project and Account Managers
  • Accurately maintain records and databases
  • Support the Project Manager with budgets
  • Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
  • Raising invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Support change management


Skills
  • A self-starter who is proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities


Experience
  • A strong administrative background is essential
  • Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential
  • Project lifecycle management experience not essential but would be an advantage
