PrescQIPP Junior Project Manager
Summary

Line manager: Engagement Manager
Location: Cambridge (mainly remote working from home with occasional days at meetings, these may be anywhere in UK)
Salary: £24k - £26k depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Annual leave entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays
Role overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our growing team in a new role as a Junior Project Manager. This is a varied role working with the Engagement Manager on a number of tasks to deliver key projects and process improvements across the organisation.
There is huge scope through this role to develop a broad skill set and experience managing a range of different projects. We’re looking for a capable and flexible individual who has excellent attention to detail and is able to work on their own initiative to deliver projects on time.
Examples of tasks
- Acting as a point of contact with subscribers, stakeholders and the general public responding to queries directly or directing to colleagues internally
- Supporting website users with their account management
- Arrange the updating of website information
- Arrange and support webinars for our subscribers
- Maintain distribution lists on various website platforms
- Working with the Engagement Manager on a variety of projects to improve processes across the organisation, with the responsibility of leading on your own smaller projects
- To carry out administration activities
- Support marketing to promote webinars, virtual groups and events
- Liaising with the IT team to support the Online projects manager
- Support the development of the social media platforms

Skills/experience/aptitude
Essential
- Degree (or equivalent) qualification
- Previous experience working within a project based environment
- Good time management, reliable and organised
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience/awareness
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, and other standard IT applications including Word and Excel
- Experienced and confident with computers – the role is almost 100% screen based with almost all interactions with team and customers via cloud based/online platforms/email
- Self motivated and able to effectively manage and prioritise a varied workload
- Willingness to learn on the job
Desirable
- Experience in social media platforms
- Project management qualification
- Marketing experience

Our company is a "Virtual" company and all employees are based at home. There will be a requirement to attend some meetings and work some days in an office but only when the Covid restrictions allow.
