Job description

This post will facilitate the delivery of two specific high-profile priorities of the NHSE National Cancer Delivery Plan. These are to improve quality of life and the provision of psychological support for our cancer patients. The Band 6 project manager will support implementation of an Integrated Care Pathway for Cancer Psychosocial Support for NEL and provide a hands-on resource to actively target patients and facilitate the appropriate mode to take part in the QoL survey.
