LendingMetrics is one of the UK’s leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our Projects team. This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong customer service background who is looking for a long term, development opportunity. It will primarily focus on planning and managing a range of internal and client driven IT/technical based projects of varying size, primarily concerned with credit risk decisioning and data.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide project support to all projects, where required and appropriate.
· Project manage a set of implementation projects across all products.
· Ensure that all tasks and projects are adhering to the agreed processes.
· Act as the main point of contact for all client communications during the implementation project.
· Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any clients that are inactive or unresponsive to internal stakeholders.
· Manage the client’s expectations with a focus on timelines and the responsibilities of each party during the project.
· Coordinate and work with internal teams, particularly the Business Analysts and Developers, to deliver work in a timely manner.
· Coordinate work with external parties where required.
· Project manage ad hoc internal development projects.
· Establish required scope and work breakdown for projects.
· Act as a first level of support during UAT, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required.
· Maintain PM Asana boards and tasks, ensuring that all projects are up to date.
· Seek opportunities to improve processes and the use of Asana.
· Identify opportunities for improvements and embrace the ISO standards.
· Maintain and encourage a positive, collaborative and proactive company culture.
· Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager or the Directors.
· Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and support the implementation of these.
Key Skills, Competencies & Experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
· Exceptional level of attention to detail
· A logical thinker with an aptitude for problem solving
· Interested in learning the technical side of the products & services
· Strong ability to multi-task
· Degree educated preferred, but not essential
· Prince2 qualifications welcomed, but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
