Junior Project Manager at LegalRM Limited
Salary/Rate: £30-35k/annum - full time (or pro rata thereof)
(Adjusted to match the experience of the successful candidate)
Employment Type: Full time Monday-Friday (Flexible – 9am to 5:30pm, 10am to 6:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm)
Location: Orpington, Southeast London (remote applicants considered)
(Our office has a smart casual dress code – suits are not a requirement. Formal attire is required for client meetings – you will be advised by your manager on appropriate wear)
Our dynamic software development company is seeking to expand with new roles offered from our UK office, based in Orpington, Southeast London. Education/Experience:
Any one of the following:
- · Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- · IT Diploma.
- · A Level (Or equivalent).
- · 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience.

The Role
You will work directly with our Account Managers, Consultancy and Technical Teams to lead and assist in the day-to-day management of our implementation projects. This will require an understanding of the agile project life cycle and implementation best practices. You will also support the Technology Team through a leading role in compliance, training, support, and other internal projects. The role will create opportunities for cross team collaboration with our training, software success and compliance representatives. Role specific training and assistance will be available per requirement. You will be able to gain experience, seniority and expand into other areas of the business to help support its continued success.
Required Skills
- · Experience of assisting in or managing a project life cycle from inception to final delivery and sign off.
- · Experience of working with project management tools (preferably SmartSheet).
- · Experience of managing project plans and running project meetings.
- · Ability to identify and prioritise project requirements and assets.
- · Ability to recognise and call out blocking project blocking factors and suggest resolutions.
- · Ability to coherently discuss and resolve complex issues using all available resources and support.
- · A high standard of written and verbal communication.
- · An excellent telephone manner with good personal skills.
- · Able to prioritise workloads and deal with changing priorities.
- · Self-motivated with a “can-do” approach.
Desired Skills
- · Experience working in a dynamic IT team.
- · Experience in assessing and understanding business and or project requirements.
- · Experience with the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.
- · Any experience of working with SQL, including stored procedures, preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.
- · Any basic or higher understanding of the Microsoft .NET framework, especially using ASP.NET.
- · Any experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- · Management of client implementations.
- · Management of project plans and other related project materials.
- · Running of project meetings with client’s implementation team.
- · Identification of project assets.
- · Tracking of project priorities, assets, issues, and requirements.
- · Presentation skills.
- · Help produce communications material and collateral technical content where required.
- · Team liaison to understand product iterations and the impact on current future projects.
- · A task orientated person with a desire to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- · Positive attitude, showing initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and passion for pushing the business forward.
- · Undertake project, technical and software support duties not covered above.
