Role Title: Technical Project Co-ordinator
Reports to: Head of Digital Delivery
The Role:
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in technical project management.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, you support with the alignment of vision and delivery to corporate objectives and customer needs. As well as ensuring a robust digital delivery experience.
Interacting with multiple stakeholders you will need to get hands on with technical terms and balance your time effectively across our network and strategies.
The Delivery Manager will support the delivery of all digital development as well as technical systems development working directly with Clients, Development teams and commerical teams.
Key responsibilities / accountabilities:
· Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and product enhancements
· Build and maintain motivated delivery teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards
· Ensure the team collaborates, communicates, and focuses on key targets and delivery commitments
· Preparing and managing comprehensive budgets, reflecting planning, resource needs and risks.
Key performance measures:
· Clear documentation, roadmaps and reports in line with project requirements
· Identification constraints and risks that may impact delivery
· Effective communication to a range of stakeholders
· Engagement of a project team
· Delivery of business value through digital and IT change projects
· Feedback from project resources and stakeholders
· Successful completion of the digital and IT roadmaps
· Delivery to plan, to required deadlines and in line with business requirements
Experience / not essential but desired
· Agile PM / Prince II certified /Scrum master
· Experience in matrix-managing delivery resources
· Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods and tools
· Experience of managing resource, stake holders and third parties
· Understanding of web application architecture and public cloud infrastructure
Skills:
· A clear and concise communicator
