Position Summary

As Junior Digital Project Manager you will report to and work closely with the Digital Product Owner. You will help coordinate, manage, and support the projects that the Global Digital technology team are working on within the Engaged Consumers product family for all Edrington Brands.

Job Description

Work with the Head of Digital and Digital Product Owners to ensure that all operational finances are captured, processed, and reported
Champion the Agile ways of working within GDT and help foster the adoption of these processes and principles within the wider business
Understand the strategic direction of the global digital platform roadmap
Support in the implementation of appropriate technical solutions and adoption with relevant business stakeholders
Supporting the Digital Product Owner in monitoring project deliverables, and helping to mobilise internal and external resources
Guide internal technical development resource, facilitate Sprint ceremonies adhering to an Agile delivery approach
Coordinate the day-to-day Global Digital Technology team operations to support project delivery
Understand the strategic direction of the global digital platform roadmap

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a key interest in digital technology, ecommerce and CRM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize and work to set time frames are essential. Experience in working with Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, eCommerce platforms or digital technologies is advantageous. You will have the confidence and gravitas to work with internal and external stakeholders.
