Job description
This leading consultancy is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager, to initially work on a key transformation program for UK Government. There will be occasional work on client site (based in central London), but primarily a mix between remote and office based work in the Liverpool Street area.
You will join a large scale program that is currently underway and will assist in planning, reviewing, reporting on and delivering key functionality. This represents a great opportunity for an academically strong junior who is looking to build a career in Project Management. We aren't looking for someone with extensive PM experience. This role is a growth opportunity for an individual early in their career who wants to move in to Project Management and gain valuable experience on technical and business related PM work for a leading consultancy.
The successful individual must have the following:
- a strong academic profile to at least degree level.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role is client facing and requires an individual who feels comfortable building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills and have a diligent and process driven approach to work.
- At least 18 months or 2 years post graduate commercial experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager PMO or similar.
- High levels of motivation and confidence and will be enthusiastic about building a career with a leading name in the consultancy field.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
