Junior Project Manager
Central Scotland/Remote UK

As a Junior Project Manager at Aridhia you will receive support, training, and the opportunity to work with world class research hospitals, pharma and biotech specialists, and global research networks.
You will be a key member of the Aridhia team supporting and eventually leading the delivery of external and internal projects. This will include working closely with clients to define the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables to implement our best-in-class digital research environment.

What you’ll be doing…
o Motivating teams to deliver our core products, solve challenges, and work together by leading with respect, positivity, and accountability.
o Following established processes for projects to ensure they’re effectively planned, managed, and resourced.
o Leading and facilitating routine team meetings as well as providing input into internal and client status meetings. This will involve communicating goals and priorities to internal teams, ensuring tasks are accomplished on time, within budget and to quality standards.
o Identifying and proactively managing risks and issues, appropriately escalating issues where needed for senior leaders to provide support.
o Working with clients from early project initiation stages to implementation and scale out, encompassing project and account management skills as the project evolves.
o Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations (customers, partners, and suppliers) for successful coordination throughout projects.
o Collaborating across technical and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer service.
o Being an advocate for our platform as well as identifying and championing features that could benefit our customers and end users.
o Some travel to client premises may be required.
o As this is a Junior Project Manager role, support and guidance will be provided.
Qualification/Skills Required
Essential
o A keen interest in project management and developing skills to effectively lead project teams.
o Strong organisational and planning skills.
o A positive and proactive approach to working and confidence to do so in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
o Ability to grasp a technical understanding of Aridhia offerings and product architecture.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
o Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete tasks.
o Excellent client-facing skills including delivering presentations, interpreting requirements, and articulating proposed solutions.
Desirable
o Experience managing projects or leading workstreams.
o An understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and the project lifecycle.
o Degree in an analytical or scientific field (e.g. life sciences, engineering, medical, technology, etc).
o Finance and commercial awareness and the ability to identify potential upsell opportunities.
o Technical awareness of cloud and information technology such as the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, SaaS/PaaS, etc.
o An understanding or experience working with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, Julia, etc).
o Experience in the healthcare domain, clinical research, or academia.
o Formal project management qualification(s).
