Production Freight was formed in 1993 and very quickly established itself as a key player in the international transportation of live events. This has included touring musical acts, theatrical shows, travelling exhibitions, one off corporate events and major sporting events opening and closing ceremonies.
Junior Project Co-ordinator
Key Duties to Include.
- Preparation of transport documentation to include airwaybills and customs entries
- Booking shipments with hauliers, ocean lines and airlines
- Assist colleagues in the preparation of quotations for clients and recording the information on the Company databases
- Liaising and updating clients, overseas agents, and suppliers as necessary
- Monitor shipments through transit corridor with hauliers, ocean lines, airlines and overseas partners
- Assist colleagues with cost accruals and charging of shipments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operational environment (multi modal would be an asset)
- Satisfactory CRC check and satisfactory 5-year background checks and eligibility to work in the UK
- Full, clean driving licence
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Able to organise themselves and work independently
- Able to manage and organize several tasks simultaneously
- Communicate honestly, openly and clearly
- Able to gather information from a variety of sources, to challenge information and apply decision making to reach an informed decision.
- Awareness of revenue, profit & loss

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
