Contract: Fixed term until end of 2023

Location: North West of England – hybrid working with some travel

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Programme Manager to support our clients in delivering professional exams. The role involves client account management and the delivery of exam programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and future clients
  • Managing the provision of exam services to assigned clients and their learners
  • Contract management and change control
  • Leadingprojects to plan and deliver the agreed products, services, and deliverables
  • Planning to meet clients’ exam dates and candidate volumes
  • Measuring performance against the client contract and any relevant key performance indicators
  • Managing all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, quality, scope, cost, and timelines
  • Leading client-facing meetings and ensuring that the team follow-up on any agreed commitments
  • Ensuringthat projects are formally closed, reviewed, and lessons learned are actioned.
  • Support Senior team members with delivering projects and operational activities to clients.

Our Successful Candidate

  • You have professional experiencedeliveringservices for medium to large-scale customers is preferred
  • Experience with the delivery of computer-based assessments and qualifications within the education sector is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • A recognised project management qualification and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT Literacy
  • Exceptional listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business relationships
  • Commercial understanding and a pragmatic approach
  • A valid non-restricted passport
  • Languages – Arabic (desirable not mandatory)
