Job Description

The Digital Portals Experience team within the Customer Success Product Area create, develop, deliver, enhance and maintain our Portals, Insights and Services to our Europe and global clients.


The role of the Digital Portals Experience Junior Product Support Manager will support the Digital Portals Experience Team with the Product Manager / System Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Digital Servicing Platform(s) and channels. This includes working with global teams from across Europe, Asia and North America. The Junior Support Project Manager will also be engaged in innovation and brainstorming by suggesting new process and feature improvements that can contribute to the digital portals experience as a whole and ensure we have a strong, balanced, exciting and still fit-for-purpose product backlog.


During times that the Product Manager / System Administrator is not available, the Junior Product Manager will manage our day-to-day operations directly, and make decisions on day-to-day management and incidents. The Junior Product Manager will also support fortnightly and monthly releases for the Digital Servicing Platform.


The Junior Product Manager will report to the Digital Servicing Product Leader.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of work experience.


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience of customer, stakeholder and service management
  • Basic knowledge of agile delivery methods.
  • Basic knowledge of product/program development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial and competitive analytics and computer skills
  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
