We’re looking for a Junior Product Owner with SaaS experience to support us through fast growth. You will advocate for the stakeholders in the Propello platform, helping define new features to help our clients foster loyalty, drive revenue and excite users. While making sure a high level of platform stability and security is maintained. You’ll join a fast growing team and work closely with our development team to deliver on our objectives.
Main duties and responsibilities
Take on the role of platform users within the development process to articulate the product needs as written requirements – typically as user stories and epics.
- You will need to maintain and prioritise the product backlog
- Track releases
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Support the development team with any questions they may have
- Manage the backlog turning designs into Jira tickets.
- Writing documentation in Confluence
- Define and maintain user acceptance testing
- Collate release notes
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Outlining the plan for achieving success

What we’re looking for
You’ll demonstrate ~2+ years experience as a Product owner working for a high growth, consumer focused start-up or scale-up business.
A background in contributing to the full product life-cycle from discovery through to delivery, collaborating with customers, design, and engineering to build consumer centric products
Experience working with integrations
Exposure to working with third party software providers and maintaining relations
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across the business.
