Our client is one of the leading providers of advanced technological solutions and intelligent marketing tools exclusively designed to drive footfall and enhance customer loyalty within the hospitality and leisure sector.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of our clients new product roadmap, a project that is 3+ years in the making. We are looking for a candidate to work closely with the development team, client service team, sales team and Directors to prioritise tasks and user stories and be in charge of the overall vision of the product.

The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most important, we need a product manager who can help us build better products that people love to use.

You need to be highly organized, proactive and commited. with strong sales skills and a likeable personality. This should be complemented by your welcoming and professional manor towards clients and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on an essential role in the growth of an exciting company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
  • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Three or more years of experience in product development
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

  • This is a remote based position which requires 1 weeks training at our London office and fortnightly attendece thereafter.
