The Opportunity:
Our Group Product Management team is responsible for developing and managing a broad range of Services that help solve our customers challenges across the Cyber, Data & Digital landscape.
We do this by working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the Group globally, deploying a laser-like focus on defining, executing and managing the detail and decisions involved with making products, which ultimately keep our customers safe and secure.
As part of our evolution of Product Management across the Group, we are looking for our next Junior Product Manager, to come onboard and join a busy team of Product Managers at varying levels - working on exciting Cyber Security products, while supporting Product Management delivery through the three role pillars of Analysis, Product Enablement & Operations.
The Challenge:
We are looking for somebody who is resilient, creative and passionate about building a career in Product Management and Cyber Security. In return, we will provide extensive in-house training and hands-on work to help accelerate your knowledge and understanding in this exciting career and industry.
This role will see you:
  • Conduct and support Market and Competitive analysis across different areas of the Cyber Security market.
  • Deliver process definition, knowledge management and data insights support to Global Product Management teams.
  • Contribute to compelling and clear Sales Enablement materials such as Battlecards, Data Sheets and Service Descriptions.
  • Capture and translate customer needs into requirements and priorities, and align the Product Roadmap to the Product Strategy
  • Co-ordinate communications & reporting for regular Global Product Management forums.
  • Monitor and report on product and customer KPIs.
  • Work with, and learn from, a diverse range of global teams and functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Managed Services, Security & Compliance,
Key Skills & Requirements:
This role is suitable for entry-level candidates from a STEM, Business or Product-related Apprentice or Graduate background, or up to two years working experience in a similar industry. We need you to bring:
  • Good presentation & communication skills, and confident ability to present in-person and remotely to varied audiences.
  • Evidence of being a strong team player, while also being confident to work individually.
  • Evidence of understanding best practices & processes and leveraging this in your work.
  • Basic understanding of Cyber Security use cases, customer problems and general trends
  • Basic understanding of Product Management, and its role in a wider business
  • An understanding of how data, insights and intelligence are captured, analysed, and used.
  • A passion to work with customers and internal teams, understand their needs and translate these to the Products and Services we deliver.
  • Desirable: Customer facing experience / experience of managing stakeholders
  • Desirable: Understanding of Agile ways of working
