This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and 11% pension after one year of service.

Over the next twelve months we will be developing our product offering at pace, trialling new ways of working and driving innovative user-centred approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
As a Junior Product Designer at Which? you'll work within our empowered product squads developing design solutions to solve real problems. You'll have support and coaching from more senior designers where needed. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and User Research colleagues to ensure our products and services meet user needs and support organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities
You will:
- Work collaboratively, ensuring team members are involved in the design process as appropriate
- Develop an iterative & evidence based approach to design
- Support User Experience Researchers to define the problem we want to solve, analyse insights and generate a solid set of recommendations
- Support the creation of UX deliverables including: user journeys, sketches and storyboards, site maps, wireframes, navigation models and prototypes in line with the needs of the project
- Regularly share work with other Squad designers in order to collaborate, learn and inspire
You'll have:
- A relevant portfolio demonstrating some experience across different parts of the product life-cycle – including early concepts & sketches, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs, across multiple devices.
- An understanding of different user research approaches
- An solid understanding of typography, colour theory and interaction design standards
- An understanding of accessibility standards
- The ability to present confidently and eloquently explain design decisions

Our interview process usually involves 3 stages:
- A brief chat with a recruiter by phone
- An short interview on Google Meet with the Head of Product Design and User Research (typically 30 minutes) to discuss your CV/previous work experience
- An interview on Google Meet (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions and a role related task.
- On some occasions there may be a follow-up interview on Google Meet with values and experience-based competency questions (approximately 30-60 minutes)
