Role: Junior Producer
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Junior Producer will support and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, whilst also ensuring agency and client requirements are met. The candidate should be highly motivated and committed to remaining on a Production track. Servicing the Executive Producer and the global execution producers based in the London production hub, both in a supporting role on larger productions and confidently independently producing smaller shoots. They will have and develop a good understanding of the Print, Digital, Film and Post disciplines and work hand in hand with these departments and external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Resource Management
- Oversee productions of less than 50K.
- Have the ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects.
- Confidently lead productions internally and interface with external vendors.
- Draft, coordinate and communicate project timelines, deadlines and budgets internally with team members, externally to creative and production partners and clients as required.
- Line Producing as required to deliver each production
- Work alongside PM teams in managing client expectations and action points to ensure projects are delivered according to creative vision and within budget and timelines
- Timely and accurate administration and distribution of production paperwork including, but not limited to schedules, call sheets, talent, production and location contracts, insurance declarations, talent info and production overviews.
- Managing international and local production travel logistics and bookings for the Creative Shoot team and for talent (athletes / artists / influencers / models), production partners, creative agency personnel, and externals as required.
- Ensure that all H&S, legal, AdGreen and COVID responsibilities have been clearly outlined and managed with the client, production partners and freelancers involved.
- Assist in the creation of presentation decks, production books, guidelines and document building
- Support the departments visibility through presentation materials.

- Ensuring all paperwork, documentation & deliverables are stored and archived correctly
- Administratively support the management of the team - manage team email address and OMG system.
- General assistance to senior team members.

Process Management
- Adhere to all current creative and production processes and ensure they are executed correctly.
- Administratively support the management of the team, including managing team email address and OMG production system as required
- Be responsible for functions such as arranging visitor access, reprographics, office equipment and supplies, meeting rooms, postage and shipping, drivers, carpool cars and catering as required.
Reporting
- Provide accurate and up to date information of utilization and spend as required.
- Coordinate the provision of project and timesheet reports to the finance team in an accurate and timely manner
