Job description
What you'll do...
- You’ll work with the Executive Assistants to support them in keeping the professional lives of our Co – CEO’s organised and running seamlessly.
- Your day-to-day will be fairly standard for this type of role: preparing meeting rooms, greeting clients, keeping people on time, researching and booking travel, completing monthly expense reports and invoices, maintaining contact lists and a range of personal tasks.
What we're looking for...
- 2+ years of experience working in a PA role working at senior level.
- You're scarily organised, can multi-task and spin a million plates at once, prioritise and re-prioritise as things come in.
- Your time management skills are second to none.
- You have great initiative, can think outside of that box and love to brainstorm.
- You’re a whizz with all things Microsoft Office.
- You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
- You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
- Able to see the bigger picture and proactively take on tasks to support others.
- If we got stuck in a lift together we’d have a good time and share a few laughs.
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other.
What's in it for you...
- The opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing, international group that’s committed to not just building new hotels but building a global brand.
- The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.
- Become part of a team that’s very passionate about creating great hospitality experiences and building a portfolio of brands.
- A competitive package and plenty of opportunity for development.
