Onsite Support Engineer – 12 month fixed term contract

Work location: Client Site (Cube, Birmingham)
Salary: Up to £26000

Experience: Working knowledge of IT Onsite Support/Historic experience in a Service Desk environment.

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
Littlefish is looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to join our team. This role is to work on a client site at The Cube in Birmingham.
As the Onsite Engineer, you will provide effective onsite technical support to Littlefish contract customers, for desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations as well as basic network troubleshooting and administration. To communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer specific SLA’s
Occasionally, there will be a requirement for ad hoc travel to other customers sites expensed by the company.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
- Working knowledge of IT onsite support working across a range of up to date technologies including desktop/laptop/printer hardware, Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10, Active Directory, Apple OSX and iOS, deployment technologies SCCM/WSUS/MDT.
