Job description

This Junior Admin Position is a great role for those looking to begin a career within administration with opportunities for development and progression.

  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. No weekend or evening shifts. (Regular working hours are 9-5 but we can offer flexibility)

The suitable candidate must be able to commute daily into our North Manchester office (M8 4JY).

Job Description

You will be supporting the day to day activities of the wider team and supporting with the general running and management of the office.

You will require a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation. You will also require the ability to work well with others.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist as directed in the day to day work of a busy administrative office
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Sending outgoing documentation via email
  • Scanning & Uploading
  • Daily Post
  • Have basic computer skills – we will teach you what is needed on our database
  • Update the company’s Excel system with all relevant information and ensure that it is always kept updated
  • Calling clients
  • Taking and passing on messages to other team members
  • General office admin tasks
  • Supporting our marketing team
  • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested
  • To be professional and polite, at all times
