We already represent Harley-Davidson, Livewire and Mutt and now we are official Royal Enfield & Kawasaki dealers. We are looking for a junior Motor Vehicle Technician or apprentice with experience to join our motorcycle service department. Car service experience or motorcycle service experience preferred.

Junior Motorcycle Technician
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motorcycles of all makes and models.
- Become a specialist in one of our brands.
- Work to the highest level within scheduled times to meet company, franchise and manufacturers' standards.
- Repair, test vehicles and diagnose faults.
- Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables whilst maintaining records and providing quality write ups for the customer and manufacturer.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, organized and safe from hazards to 'Health and Safety'*
- Advise and report on vehicle faults, servicing requirements including future servicing/repair requirements through the Vehicle Health Check and Video process
- Work to job card allocations.
- Report additional repair or safety issues to the workshop supervisor or manager
- Carry out responsibilities and work in a manner that is compliant with the health and safety requirements of the workplace.
- Ensure all work carried out meets company standards of quality.
- Motorcycle licence required for road testing bikes

Person Specification
Experience in a busy workshop.
Own tools.
Preferably qualified at level 1 or 2 in a relevant motor trade qualification.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Stays calm in a fast-paced high volume environment.
High attention to detail and desire to produce high-quality work.
Logical and thorough in approach.
Understands the importance of the role to exceptional customer service.
Great team player, willing to help others.
Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
