Job description
We are looking for a Junior MI Analyst to join our HR team and support our continued growth.
As a Junior MI analyst, you will proactively support the HR Advisory function with the preparation and provision of MI relating to internal KPIs and metrics and providing an element of analysis. You will develop and deliver routine MI requests and reports and be responsible for regular reporting updates to stakeholders within the business as well as helping with a variety of tasks from carrying out regular data cleansing exercises to assisting with project reporting and good governance.
Working as part of a welcoming and friendly team you will be a team player who works collaboratively with all of our HR colleagues. We are looking for you to have excellent excel skills, be an analytical and approachable individual who is self-motivated to work across our partners. An exceptional communicator who can build and maintain secure relationships.
Key accountabilities include
- Provide accurate and insightful data to enable the HR Advisory Function to make well informed decisions
- Manage data requests for relevant reports
- Develop and deliver ad hoc MI reports, as required
- Update stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and complete necessary checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information provided
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the learning culture; by sharing knowledge
- Actively maintaining the integrity of all our people data
About you:
- Strong analytical approach to data management and reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills with experience of analysing data and presenting it in a way that it is clear and understood (Pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas etc)
- Experience of working with a Case Management platform and a strong understanding of available workflows
- Resourceful with; utilising knowledge of wide range of available tools
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- You’re naturally curious, and what to understand the “why” behind the “what”
- An amazing eye for detail, self-motivated and well organised
- An inquisitive approach to all that you do; you’re comfortable asking questions of your stakeholders
- Experience with Tableau, Cascade or Networx Systems is desirable but not essential
