Opportunity to work remotely & from our office in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
London Lash is an established B2B company working within the beauty sector. We supply professional eyelash extension products to technicians and aestheticians all around the world. With over 10 years’ experience, we are the industry leaders, well-known for providing the best quality products and an excellent knowledge base to support lash stylists.
Despite being on the market for just over 10 years, we are still in our infancy and experiencing fast growth. With this exciting growth phase and still being a relatively small company, employees really have the chance to execute their ideas or projects and make a real difference.
We are currently in the exciting phase of growing our international presence which will see our distribution centres span across 3 different continents as we bring our products closer to our overseas clients.

Job Summary
As Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our stock is performing across our UK and international websites, identifying issues and optimising performance.
The ideal candidate will play a central role providing key strategic information to our Marketing, Procurement, Product Development & Finance departments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sell through analysis - identifying technical / consistency issues.
- Margin analysis - RRP / cost prices / impacts of discounts on GP% - by product / category / territory.
- Competitor analysis.
- Liaise with wider team to feedback key information to influence sales strategy / product development / procurement.
- Optimize stock performance.
- Ensure pricing consistencies across our numerous territories.
- Ensure stock financials are complete and up to date to maintain reporting integrity.
- Contribute to pricing and discounting decisions.
Skills & Experience
- 1 year or more experience in a Merchandising role required.
- Strong ability in Excel or Google Sheets required.
- Experience working across multiple territories preferred but not essential.
- Experience of Netsuite preferred but not essential.
- Experience of Shopify preferred but not essential.
