Job description
The NEOM McLaren Extreme E Team entered Extreme E in 2022 with Tanner Foust and Emma Gilmour, McLaren Racing’s first female driver in its 60-year history.
Extreme E is an innovative all-electric off-road series, which aims to use the power of racing for a greater good. Its focus is raising climate awareness by racing in remote locations as well as promoting diversity, by insisting that all teams consist of a male and female driver.
During McLaren’s inaugural season in the series, the team has raced in Saudi Arabia, Sardinia, Chile and Uruguay.
Extreme E is one of five racing series McLaren Racing competes in, including Formula E, Formula 1, IndyCar and esports.

The successful candidate would be featured in public content to spread awareness of the initiative and work being done to reduce barriers and attract those who might not otherwise have this opportunity. Particularly those who are female, minority ethnic, or from a lower socio-economic background, are encouraged to apply.
