Role Purpose
This role sits within our ICX (Integrated Consumer Experience) function, created to ensure we execute our ambition as marketers to bring best-in-class activations and campaigns to life across all our Danone brands.
Within this role you will form part of, or lead, agile squads inclusive of ICX, Media & Shopper experts, Brand Teams, and Agencies to deliver end-to-end growth events against brand briefs and KPIs. These growth events are key moments for the brands when they invest in a fully integrated, multichannel communications campaign, experience, or event in order to drive critical results.
Role Focus
- Deliver integrated campaigns that drive growth - on brief, on time, on budget & that hit event KPIs
- Lead specific workstreams, as designated by the Growth Event squad leader
- Brief agencies
- Manage stakeholders, timelines & budget.
- Unleash creative & agency expertise
- Take a leadership role for bronze growth events
