Junior Marketing and Social Media Assistant
T&C Williams (Builders) Ltd are a well-established SME construction business with over 60 years of experience in providing high-quality construction services to our Clients. We have ambitious expansion plans and require an enthusiastic Junior Marketing and Social Media Specialist to transform the branding of the Company to promote our services to new and existing Clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and social media to make dramatic change to the company image and help kick-start it’s growth plans. You will be able to demonstrate your creative thinking skills and have autonomy to drive the branding to the next level.
Responsibilities
· Set up multiple social media streams and regularly post a variety of innovative content to drive engagement with industry related professionals. Track metrics to refine and continuously improve successful strategies.
· Review brand strategy, develop guidelines and implement aligned design language for all externally viewed sources.
· Create, maintain and utilise Client database for regular, innovative and diverse marketing campaigns.
· Identify networking opportunities to create maximum exposure of the revitalised brand.
· Maintain an interest in up-to-date marketing trends to ensure the company is at the forefront for it’s industry.
· Gather regular customer satisfaction surveys and use data for promotional purposes.
· Identify and explore partnering opportunities with industry influencers and publications to share our expertise with a wider audience.
· Assist with the creation and publication of educational content to demonstrate the value the company can bring to it’s customers.
Requirements
· A marketing related qualification is preferable but not essential
· Knowledge of modern marketing techniques on major social media platforms
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
