Advisers use Dynamic Planner to gain information about their clients, to calculate their appetite for risk, to analyse their financial situation, and to match them with suitable investment opportunities.

Role Purpose:
This role is ideal for a someone looking for an opportunity to support a growing FinTech organisation in its journey to become a leading supplier of a SaaS product hosted in the cloud. You will be using Modern Managed IT to support the organisation. With a drive to use bleeding edge tech, AI and Automation.
This role requires knowledge of IT support as you will be helping look after the users and equipment. Some of the main duties you will perform include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Organising and ordering replacement equipment
- Supporting new Starters
- Ensuring the security by managing, installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
What does the IT team do?
The IT Analysts at Dynamic Planner look after all the IT that supports the business. This starts with the laptops and software used by the employees and ends with the server and cloud infrastructure that hosts our applications and websites. Dynamic Planner hosts its infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, and we primarily use Microsoft 365 technologies to support the organisation.

IT interacts with almost every other area of the business, so your IT qualifications can lead you anywhere. Within the IT team we have 2nd and 3rd line IT support functions, a Salesforce specialist and an Information Secuity specalsit. There is an opportunity to grow into a role supporting the Azure environment and the product(s) we develop.
As well as a full time role in the IT operations department opportunities exist within the Development and Test Teams. All employees are encouraged to think about applying for any role in the organisation.

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):
Experience supporting laptops and desktops required
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365 beneficial.
Knowledge of cloud PaaS and IaaS preferred.
Strong IT literacy.
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving
Education & Qualifications
GCSEs or A levels
Certificates in Microsoft technologies preferred.
