What you’ll be doing
The role includes but is not limited to:
- To act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from IT customers regarding IT issues and queries.
- To act as first line support – troubleshooting of IT related Incident and Problems across software and hardware on devices such as Smart Phones, Laptops, PCs and Printers.
- To escalate unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles and processes.
- Managing new joiners and the leavers process.
- Setting up company equipment.
- To provide basic in-house training for users.
- To provide first line support during out of hours cover periods, overnight and weekends by rota.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking an individual who has a passion for IT and a desire to develop their skills within our Company. You will be an avid problem-solver, technically capable and have a passion to fix things. The post-holder will be a strong communicator, perhaps with experience in a customer facing role.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
