Available Job Today We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to end-users in a corporate environment. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide support for hardware and software issues, while assisting with computer systems, peripherals, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is willing to learn, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about technology.
Please note that this role is fully office based. The Service Desk Team operate on a shift pattern between 08:00 - 19:00 GMT (35 hours a week).

A bit about the role
- Communicating with customers in a professional, supportive, and positive manner both verbally and in writing.
- Responding to support requests in a timely manner through various channels including phone, email, and walk-ups.
- Manage any new requests for software and hardware
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, applications, and peripherals such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Assisting with maintaining inventory of IT assets, such as hardware and software, and ensuring that they are properly maintained.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of incidents and service requests
- Act as a collection point for IT equipment pick-ups
- To help maintain effective Knowledgebase records within our ITSM platform.
- To provide ad-hoc AV support when required
- To work outside of normal working hours as necessary to participate in project work and/or assist with major service outages.
- Supporting with ad hoc duties where required
A bit about you
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths grades 6-9 (A-C)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and flexible
- Eagerness to learn
- Driven and determined for a career in professional services

- 'Can do' attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Some experience in a Service Desk role is desirable
- Professional services experience is highly advantageous
