Junior IT Service Desk Analyst London, England
Job description
A new opportunity has arisen for a junior service desk analyst to join this luxury retailer on a temporary basis for a period of about eight weeks.
The company is a well-known British retailer that has recently gone through a massive period of growth, so it is an exciting time to join the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing software and hardware support to employees
- Resolving problems and issues in a timely manner
- Creating training manuals and guides for users
- Performing system installations and updates
- Any other ad-hoc tasks needed to support the team
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting PCs, Macs and Apple devices, be a good communicator and immediately available to start in a position.
As a temp you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
