TrustQuay are the world-leading provider of Trust, Corporate Services and Fund Administration systems. We are currently hiring a Junior IT Analyst on a 13 month contract to join our Fleet (Hampshire) Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a university student to grow in confidence, learn new skills and gain hands on experience in IT. Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the internal IT systems and infrastructure needed to support TrustQuay's business.
- Provide support in accordance with business requirements, relevant laws and regulations and ensure that all current compliance levels are adhered to
- Adhere to IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management
- Undertake the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT desktop infrastructure, including PCs, operating systems and software applications
- Document processes and procedures and update existing documentation, including system and user manuals, and details of modifications and upgrades
- Provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services, within agreed SLAs
- Keep current with the latest technologies, both hardware and business-enabling software, and ensure the business is always using the most appropriate and market leading technology solutions
- Travel to offices and client sites in the UK, Channel Islands and overseas may be required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience in providing IT support
- Highly computer literate with Business Analysis skills
- Experience of supporting users at 1st and 2nd level including remote users
- Awareness of VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory (Azure and On-Premise), O365 and Powershell
- Awareness of cloud technology such as Azure and AWS for provision of business services
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO27000
- A passion for innovation and implementing new and appropriate technologies

Salary: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
