Interior Designer with Software and 3D Visualization Skills
Real Animation Works Ltd, a leading interior design studio, is seeking an experienced and talented interior designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stunning and functional interior designs for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Designing interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within the client's budget and timeline.
- Collaborating with other designers, architects, and clients to create concepts and design proposals.
- Preparing and presenting 3D visualizations and renderings of designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications, including materials, finishes, and lighting plans.
- Overseeing the project from conception to completion, including site visits, contractor communication, and quality control.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other 3D visualization tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
