Junior HR Business Partner
We are searching for a passionate Junior HRBP to become a part of our success story. We are looking for a People Partner who can work in partnership with store teams to drive the people strategy across the business.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in the people team helping add value to business performance through people-related activity.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing advice on HR-related matters to managers across the business, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to- Working with managers to ensure all processes are applied fairly and consistently
- Developing strong relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels and providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Monitoring short and long-term absence, attending review meetings and escalating to occupational health when required
- Promoting and getting involved in various activities to improve staff engagement and well-being
- Coaching managers and supporting key stakeholders in the delivery of leading people management practices that add value to business performance
- Identify talent and resource pipeline requirements and organisational development needs within the business and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to address capability gaps
About You
Prior experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in a multi-site environment- Strong employee relations experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of current legislation and best practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with and, when appropriate, challenge colleagues at all levels
- Retail experience advantageous or understanding of challenges faced by NMW employer
- Full UK Driving Licence essential as is a willingness to drive to store sites
