Job description
The Junior HR Administrator will be based in a fast-paced HR Operations team, providing a high standard of support to the HR function and our employees.
The Role
- Providing administrative support on a wide range of HR and company projects
- Supporting the HR Manager and assist in completing tasks relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Ensuring both our electronic and paper employee records are kept up to date – regularly cleansing the data and archiving where necessary
- Assisting with recruitment, the advertising of job roles and the screening of CV’s
- Arranging interviews (light diary management)
- Supporting with document verification and collate the correct and required documentation needed for employment purposes
- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems.
The Person
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous admin support experience or have a background in data entry
- Able to build positive working relationships at all levels to ensure the HR department is seen as approachable, responsive, supportive and reliable
- A highly organised and accurate administrator
- Have knowledge of HR Admin
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Flexibility - we work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to working autonomously and to your own initiative
- Have strong IT skills - proficient in MS Packages and ability and comfort learning new systems
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and tight timeframes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
