Job description
The Junior Graphic Designer is a key member of the brand team and will work closely with the Senior Brand Exec/Group Head of Brand and content team to ensure all marketing materials are impeccable and representative of the Gamma brands. The role will be supporting in being a guardian and champion of all the Gamma group brands and brand assets created, ensuring consistency, quality and authentic representation across all media.
Key skills and responsibilities:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of both day-to-day design work and working alongside on larger projects. Developing and executing design work across all digital and print marketing collateral. Working to internal agreed briefs and develop suitable and creative ideas and concepts which meet business objectives and are delivered in a timely manner. Ideally the candidate will be familiar with the Adobe suite, specifically Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects. Animation skills would be advantageous. A desire to train in motion graphics is a must.

Decision making
- Developing new and refreshed templates, logo/icon usage, deciding on the best ways to represent the Gamma brands following brand guidelines
- Development of brand assets for our product portfolio and routes to market that resonate with the audience.
- Assisting in Identifying and managing brand assets, where they sit and how we represent the brand on all platforms including the brand portal

- Working closely with the Senior Brand Executive and all other relevant stakeholders to constantly deliver high quality work and designs.
- Put forward new creative ideas to grow an audience.
- Look to upskill where possible/needed.
- Have the ability to see beyond the brief and offer additional value .
Communication
- Communicating ideas clearly and convincingly
- Group marketing – work with the various marketing departments to provide templates, artwork and visual assets to support campaigns, events and other marketing tactics.
- Support the Senior Brand Exec on projects/assets required for the exec committee - any presentation material, video content and other assets they will be using externally.
- Work with the IT department to ensure brand opportunities such as the email signatures are kept up to date with brand assets
- Work with Internal Comms to ensure a consistent ‘one Gamma’ voice and imagery is used throughout any internal communications.
